Broilmaster Warranty Information
As an authorized dealer, we proudly sell Broilmaster grills, known for their durability and quality. All Broilmaster Stainless and Premium Gas Grills are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty from Empire Comfort Systems, Inc. Below are the warranty details provided by Broilmaster. Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty Coverage
Broilmaster grills are covered under a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The following warranty applies to eligible components, provided the grill is properly installed, maintained, and used according to the owner's manual.
Limited Lifetime Warranty – Against Rust-Through
The following components are covered for lifetime replacement (one-time replacement per component) due to rust-through or material defects:
- Stainless Steel Grill Housing
- Stainless Steel Cooking Grids and Griddles
- Cast Stainless Steel Bow Tie Burners
- Stainless Steel Drip Trays
- Stainless Steel Side Burners & Side Burner Housings
- Warming Racks
- Stainless Steel Built-In Sleeves, Access Doors, Drawers, Coolers, Sinks, and Vent Register Kits
Limited 5-Year Warranty – Against Rust-Through
The following parts are covered for five (5) years against rust-through or material defects:
- Stainless Steel Flare Control Vaporizers
- Heat Zone Dividers
- Infrared Burners (Main and Rotisserie Burners)
Limited 1-Year Warranty
The following parts are covered for one (1) year against defects in materials or workmanship:
- Valves, Knobs, Ignitors, Labels, Hoses, Fittings
- All other parts and accessories—including stainless steel components not covered above
How to File a Warranty Claim
As an authorized dealer, we are happy to assist with warranty claims. However, Broilmaster's warranty is administered by the manufacturer (Empire Comfort Systems, Inc.). To file a claim:
- Contact us with your model number, serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- We will help determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
- If eligible, we will assist you in submitting the claim to Broilmaster.
- The manufacturer will process the claim and provide replacement parts if approved.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty parts.
What is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under Broilmaster’s manufacturer warranty:
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
- Surface rust, discoloration, or cosmetic damage that does not impact functionality.
- Travel, labor, or diagnostic fees for service calls.
- Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (hail, hurricanes, etc.).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
